Adult Daycare handles all aspects of tracking and invoicing clients participating or receiving
services in an Adult Daycare program. An fully integrated database enables all the departments
and services to share data and information regarding the patients.
Registration
Use the Registration functions to admit clients to the programs and
capture socio-demographic data. Generate statistical reports
and the data required for completing the the statistics portion of the
annual State Cost Reports.
Scheduling
Schedule clients for activities and services. Take attendance using the
schedules. A calendar displays the scheduled appointments, services,
and and activities.
Transportation
Schedule clients for busing to and from the facility. Take attendance using
Touch screens or wireless held held devices. Transportation schedules can be
setup using calendaring and scheduling functions.
Track Attendance and Services
The computer maintains client rosters and their scheduled services or
activities. Adult Daycare Billing can print or display list
of clients scheduled for the specified activity/service. The attendance
records are passed to the billing module for invoicing.
If the Daycare program is billed at an all-inclusive rate or the activity is
non-chargeable, the charge will be used for statistics.
Electronic Billing and Remittances
The billing programs transmit HIPAA-compliant electronic transactions
to Medicaid and the remittances can be applied electronically.
Private and third party insurance companies can be invoiced.
After generating bills, an Income Journal provides the details of each billing
cycle. The journal summaries are tied into the attendance, to ensure that all
sessions have been invoiced.
Where there are electronic remittances they can be posted to the Cash Receipts.
As receipts are posted, they automatically key-off matching invoices,
which flag the invoices as paid (closed). The cash receipts journal provides
a detailed analysis of the receipts by General Ledger account.
