ADL's Financial Statements module is a highly flexible reporting
system, to generates financial statements from the General Ledger
in multiple formats for managing healthcare organizations. Reporting features
go far beyond those found in standard financial reporting packages.
Consolidations and Roll Ups
Financial Statements can consolidate account data on reports by specifying
the Level of Detail. Consolidate lower-level accounts to the higher-level parent
account. "Roll up" reports by groups of facilities, state, or region.
A full range of financial and comparative statements can be defined
and printed on demand. Per-patient per-day figures, budgets and percentages
can be included on the statements. All reports are available in an unadjusted
or adjusted format.
Each G/L account maintains statistical data in addition to the dollar
amounts posted. The statistics is used in the financial reporting to provide an
analysis of the volume, averages and per unit data, and enable performance ratios
and per-unit costs to be calculated.
User Defined Financial Reporting
Create and save your own report layouts for future use. Batch reports to run
automatically upon submission, instead of having to run each report independently.
Options for the columns include rounding and printing numbers in thousands.
Compare the financial results between accounting periods or between facilities.
Executive-Level Inquiries and Graphing
The system allows executives immediate inquiry to General Ledger
summary / detail information. Information displayed in searches can be
graphed and printed for presentations or inclusion in financial reports.
