Collect Charge Scanning Barcodes

ADL's new E-Z Track software uses the popular PalmPilot; Operating System in a handheld scanning device, enabling Nursing to easily track Daily Inventory, Nursing and Medical Supply usage. Built-in scanner makes keeping inventory entry easy. The Hot Sync feature allows quick and easy uploading of the E-Z Track data to the PC and to the main system.

E-Z Track Functionality:

• Patient account numbers & name
• Charge items with id numbers & description

The E-Z Track scanner is light, small and portable. Capture the supply usage by scanning the barcodes printed on the packaging. Keep it with you throughout the day and capture all the information you need without having to type a single character.

Integration:

Patient and charge information is transferred to/from the main computer when the scanner is placed in a docking cradle attached to a PC. Simply press the synchronization (Hot Sync) button and your charge data is uploaded to the main computer system for processing.

Barcode label missing? No problem. Simply select the item from the inventory list that appears on the screen.
