Clinical Software Suite

Your Electronic Health Record (eHR)

ADL's OptimumClinicals Electronic Health Record (Electronic Medical Record) presents a simple and straightforward method to record and electronically transfer resident healthcare information.

Most clinical solutions are designed only to produce necessary documentation. ADL solutions do much more, by facilitating communications facility-wide.

Read/write access to systems is tied to one of the most sophisticated security environments available, and is limited to authorized personnel. Like all ADL Software, ADL Clinicals are designed to help you comply with HIPAA regulations.

All the clinical modules share the same databases, eliminating redundancy and repetitive data entry. Professionals from each discipline can enter and view information entered by other disciplines/departments.

Nurses bring information from existing MDS Assessments into Care Plans, reducing paperwork and free them for spending more time for resident concerns. Out Quality Assurance Module produces statistical reports gathered from submitted Assessments, and provides a comparison of data between nursing units, or between facilities. Therapy minutes recorded in Rehab on the Touch-Screen Rehab Module are automatically added to a resident’s MDS at the touch of a button. Other modules work together in a similar fashion, ensuring integration and avoiding data loss.
