Calendars and Resource Scheduling

WorkFlow integrates directly with all the modules to create a comprehensive view of the appointments and tasks scheduled or required to be completed within defined time periods. Nursing uses this module to plan patient related tasks as as needed.

For example: At the start of a shift the nurse needs to know which patients are scheduled for Rehab services, attending activities or scheduled for testing by a technician.

Automatic Scheduling

As tasks are completed and the results entered into the computer, the system closes the tasks and determines the next task(s) to be performed. This will replace the multiple tickler files that are kept separately by each department. Supervisors can view the uncompleted tasks and appointments at a glance.

Compliance

This module provides you with the assurance that all required tasks are being completed in the required time period. Once a Task or Appointment entered, all related and subsequent tasks are generated and tracked.
