Capture and Monitor Vital Signs |
|
Vital Signs records a resident's temperature, blood pressure, weight,
pulse, and respiration, and tracks changes and variance in the resident's condition
for clinical records and treatment planning. Clear, easy-to-read graphs and reports
are generated with the click of a button. The module sends information to the
patient database, and interfaces with all the clinical modules
to ensure accurate and timely information.
Welch-Allyn Spot Vital Signs
Capture Vital Sign reading at the touch of a button. Our programs support
Vital Sign monitors with a wireless computer interface. The Spot Vital Sign
instrument enable the nurse to automatically record a patient's vital signs and
transmit the results to the system.
Welch-Allyn's Spot Vital Signs device delivers vital signs in seconds. The
basic unit offers noninvasive blood pressure, pulse rate and mean arterial
pressure (MAP). Spot Vital Signs additional parameters include SureTemp thermometry
and/or Nellcor Pulse Oximetry. An optional external printer can be attached
for printing the readings immediately.
All readings are captured in 60 seconds with the easy-to-use push button operation.
The device is automatically reset when the next patient is selected to avoid the
possibility of capturing the wrong reading for a patient.
