Progress Notes is an intuitive, interdisciplinary
module that simplifies clinical note-keeping for sub-acute/long
term care facilities. Easily enter new information, read
existing data, and and search notes by discipline, user,
or keyword. Create timesaving templates that pull up a phrase when you
type
a few letters. Shift reporting is incorporated right into
the note-keeping process, eliminating duplication of labor and saving time.
Notes access
a common patient database, eliminating redundant entry.
Complete Electronic Medical Record
Progress Notes keeps Nursing, Dietary, Social Service,
various Rehabilitation, Psychiatric, and Activity notes for
each resident in one easily accessible program. Notes are
cross-referenced, searchable, and can be viewed or printed
from the Notes module directly, or from any
ADL Clinical program. Each interdisciplinary team member
has instant access to every note.
Record Integrity
Our Progress Notes, designed by nurses with over 20 years of experience
in long term care, maintains the medical record in accordance with regulatory
standards:
- Each note is identified by date/time, topic, user, and title.
- Original entries can not be erased; corrections are made using a "red-line"
feature. Corrections are clearly identified by date/time and author name.
Save Time
A starter library of note templates and keywords is provided with the system.
Additional templates can be created by users for their own use, or to be shared by
other users. Once saved, a user need only type a few letters for the word or phrase to appear.
Use keywords to search for notes within any user-defined time period. |
