located. Medical charts needs to be thinned periodically and constantly
and placed into secondary binders. Alternatively, auditors and lawyers
requesting the original chart for legal audits and reviews.
Chart Audits
Audit the Medical Chart and record the deficiencies. The program will
automatically scan the chart for sections and signatures that are missing.
Once the deficiency is determined or entered manually the system will track the
outstanding issues until they are resolved or closed. The system can notify
the personnel assigned to complete or correct the chart.
Print reports of the outstanding deficiencies and delinquent employees. Employees
that are chronically ignoring deficiencies will be flagged for alerts in the
credentialing module.
Chart Abstracts
Produce automatic Abstracts of the Medical Chart. The abstracts serve
as a synapse of the conditions and problems of the patient.
Diagnostic Index
The Diagnosis file can be used to keep track of all the diagnoses of
the patient. This index is used to produce statistical reports and
studies of the major diagnoses and complications.
The Index is part of the patient Electronic Health Record (EHR). |
