Admission Assessments
Use your desktop PC or a wireless, portable touch screen to capture
Assessments captures a detailed record of resident conditions, on
admission, periodically, or episodically. For each discipline, fixed
and user-definable fields gather assessment information which imports
to the MDS, Care Planning, Dietary, and Accident/Incident modules.
The Initial Assessment can immediately and automatically create an Initial
Care Plan and Dietary Profile, and Assessment data can be displayed in the
MDS, providing a helpful lookup of clinical condition on arrival.
Comprehensive Discipline Sections
Easily navigate discipline sections to enter assessment
data that references nearly every aspect of the resident’s condition.
Add user-defined fields if needed. Disciplines include Nursing, Rehab,
Dietary (Nutrition), Social Services, and Activities.
Virtual Body Charting Tool
The Virtual Body is an interactive, interdisciplinary tool to
medical conditions and pain in front, back, and side views.
The features can be accessed rom all other related Charting modules. A unique
“Hide” feature allows you to hide, display all conditions or only
the current conditions.
Education Assessment
The comprehensive Education Assessment section lets clinicians share notes
regarding the teaching/training needs for the resident, including knowledge
deficits, barriers to learning, frequency, etc.
Pain Assessment
Standardized “happy/sad face” pictures and questionnaire
checkboxes produce a comprehensive assessment of the resident’s
pain, quickly and accurately. Assess location, intensity, quality, predisposing
conditions, and ADL areas impacted. Like the Body Charting Tool, the
Pain Assessment Tool is also available from within the MDS, Care Plan,
and Accident/Incident programs.
* Assessments can be updated
episodically or quarterly, and printed for Q/A purposes.
In addition, each discipline can also create User Defined assessments.
