Unified Address Directory
The Rolodex provides contact and phone numbers for all the people and
organizations that are in the various databases on the computer.
Receptionists and secretaries can share this information directly. The rolodex is
automatically updated whenever changes or additions are made to any database
tables on the server.
Install the Rolodex function on the Receptionist desk to provide complete
and immediate access to the phone numbers.
Human Resources Database
As employees are added to the system, the Rolodex is updated with their contact
data and the emergency contact information. This information is available
through the Rolodex function.
Keep an unlimited number of contacts by categories in the system.
The contacts can be arranged by user assigned types. You can sort and
filter the records by the assigned types.
Any contacts that are entered into the Referral module can be set to
auto-update the Rolodex. Looking up a contact has never been easier. The
is used to track prospective patient and resident prior to their
admission to the facility.
The Rolodex is part of the Email functions that are available in many of the
Windows modules. This functionality allows you to email messages and attachments
to other staff members directly from the programs in which you are working.
