Content Management: Sharing Information

We will configure a server to act as an web server either on a private Intranet or internet server. Use one of your existing servers of a dedicated one just for this purpose. ne the web server is configured, documentation and help files can be loaded onto it. Users throughout the intranet or across the Internet (with proper permissions) can access and share help documentation and other documents from their PCs. In addition to HTML Help files (our normal Help file format), any PDF files can be shared using the web server. PDF files can be read by any computer using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software, which can be downloaded for free from Adobe
