Inservice Tracking significantly reduces the time and effort needed to manage employee training records; ensures that employees remain up-to-date with government-mandated training, and documentation that proves it.

Schedule Classes

Assign instructors to classes and schedule employees to attend. Special "wizards" are available to guide you through the scheduling process, speeding the process by displaying all employees in a given department, location, or shift who are missing the required inservice classes.

Employee Database

Inservice pulls its information directly from our Human Resources module, so that you can monitor employees' training status from within the main HR module. The database keeps lists of employees that have missed training classes, as well as those who chronically miss classes.

Electronic Attendance Sign-In

Registered Employees for a scheduled inservice class can sign in by swiping their their identification cards. A Card Barcode Reader can be placed at the class entrance, and as employees enter they swipe their cards. When they leave, they can swipe to sign out to ensure that they stayed for the entire session. Optionally, employees not registered for the class will automatically be added to the class list if they swipe their cards. Employee sign-in sheets can also be printed separately for documentation, if desired.

Notifications

Multiple options are provided to notify employees of the hours and classes they are required to attend. Print notifications on their paycheck stubs or slips for distribution. You can even email a notice to the employees e-mail address.

Transcripts

Display or print transcripts for students / employees, listing the classes they attended. An optional grading system can be included with the documentation.
