| ADL's Human Resources module
maintains the personnel database for your organization and facilities.
Some of the data is used by the Payroll Module. Human Resources will
function as an integrated module or as a stand-alone for facilities
using outside payroll services. With the exception of hours worked, all other
employee-related data can be entered by the Personnel Department.
Employee Profiles
Master records contain each employee's socio-demographic data.
From the H/R database, you can generate informational and statistical
reports required by government agencies. This section also includes data
on the employee's immigration and work status.
Union Membership and benefits
The employee union information section handles multiple unions and
determines union dues and benefits payable.
Compensation and Payroll
All the information needed to generate paychecks: including the employee's
pay rates, job title, department, and tax information. However, it does not include
the employee weekly paycheck information which must be accessed
through the Payroll Module.
Inservice Training and Record keeping
Certain employees are required by law to receive a minimum amount of
in-service training per year. The Inservice Module tracks the employee
attendance at training sessions. for full details on this module see the
section: Inservice. You can display the status and attendance history of the employees
to assist in complying with State and Federal regulations.
Wage History
Track employees' work history and monitor their career paths. Use the data
to analyze the trend factor for employee wage increases.
Performance Reviews
Views Performance Reviews on-screen. You can print a list of all
employees failing to meet acceptable performance levels.
Disciplinary
Track your employees receiving disciplinary actions and automatically
schedule the next actions to be taken and and will creates
a schedule of when the next actions are due.
Benefits Administration
Capture the benefits an employee is entitled and the information to calculate the
the benefits. Print Statements detailing the cost of the benefits being provided
and calculate the costs to the organization.
The Payroll module updates this information after each run.
Education
Employee's qualifications (i.e. education and training) can be entered and tracked
to ensure the employee has the proper qualifications for the position.
Pension & Welfare
Employee pension and welfare benefits are tracked for covered staff members.
Leave of Absence
Employees leaves, and expected dates of return can be tracked.
An unlimited number of leaves can be recorded.
Scheduled Physical Exams
Many states require health care employees to have physical
examinations and/or x-rays on a periodic basis. The system
keeps track of employees' examination dates and prints a schedule Exams Due.
License and Skills Inventory
Employee licenses and expiration dates can be tracked and
warning notices issued when the licenses must be renewed.
This can be used to identify staff members who have additional
skills that can be used. You can search for employees with
appropriate qualifications.
Time and Attendance
Electronic or manually entered time card data is accumulated.
This attendance record shows the employee's daily work schedule for the year.
Accidents & Incidents
Accidents employees have on the job can be recorded. This
can be used to determine if there are problems with employees
or if a hazardous condition exists in the workplace. |
