ADL trainers are healthcare professionals with considerable experience
in the long term care industry who understand the needs and
procedures of healthcare. Our training focuses on effectively
running the system for the operational needs of the facility.
Training is hands-on, in your facility or in our classroom. Sessions
are always for small groups, and are often one-to-one. Students
are supplied with study guides and sample databases
to enhance the training experience.
Train-the-Trainer
Large organizations that have their own in-house support and training
staff can benefit from our Train The Trainer program.
We provide training for the in-house support personnel that
will in turn train the end users. For large facilities, this reduces
costs significantly and develops the internal resources needed to
provide ongoing training to new employees in the future.
Web-Based Training
ADL has its own in-house equipment to provide interactive demonstrations
to students over the Internet. The student will need to have
access to a PC with a direct connection to the Internet.
If the PC is equipped with a SoundBlaster or equivalent sound card and a microphone,
a telephone is not needed; otherwise, a separate telephone
connection will be necessary to conduct the training.
Periodically, ADL offers web-based seminars for the convenience of our clients.
Seminars
ADL holds periodical seminars to provide our users with update information
on new programs and features that have been incorporated into our programs.
We have found that because of their large workloads, many of our users
are not aware of, or forget about, new features that could make their
work significantly easier. These seminars are an ideal format for retraining
them to work more efficiently and ensuring that they are using our
software to its full potential.
