Vital to your business is to be prepared to continue processing in the event
of a disaster. Development and maintenance of a disaster recovery or business
continuity plan should be taken seriously. It is not one of those
tasks that can be left until everyone has time to deal with the kind of serious
incident that can affect the organization at any time. ADL offers two levels of
Disaster Recovery Service, Premium and Standard, to evaluate risks, prevent
loss of operational capability, and provide a cost-effective means of data recovery.
Our consultants help facilities analyze and prioritize risks, and draw up
relevant contingency and recovery plans. And our in-house data storage
servers can provide a reliable backup source for your data.
Premium plan
ADL supplies a client-specific loaner server, loaded with client-specific
operating environment and data structure. ADL supplies an off-site data repository with
appropriate medium. Creates an optional plan for network connectivity.
Provides systems procedure audit. Creates emergency/disaster recovery plan.
Provides business recovery manual. Details and records emergency phone numbers.
Ongoing Services
ADL provides an off-site data repository for the duplication of
weekly client backups, to be used in event of emergency. ADL maintains
copies of your operating system environment to be restored in the
event of an emergency. In event of a disaster, clients can chose from
three options available:
Option 1:
ADL loaner server set up to meet the specific operating environment
and database requirements delivered to your site for continued operation.
Option 2:
ADL will recreate the operating environment at ADL Data Center for use
and continued operation. Processing will be at the ADL Data Center.
Option 3:
In event of emergency, client activates a network connection
to remotely run their applications via a virtual network.
The connection is to the ADL data center.
ADL supplies input devices, office space, internet connections,
and communication devices for electronic transfer until such
time as the original environment can be restored at client site.
