Wild card symbols and common words such as, but not limited to, "it" and "the" are ignored. Conduct your search for whole words only. For example, to locate the word "resident" it is better to input the entire string as opposed to "residen".
The footer of each page contains dates that can be used to determine which topic is most current amongst other topics. "This topic current as of" means the topic was added or modified on the specified date. "MDS3QAHH WebHelp Generated" means all topics were grouped and posted on the specified date.
