Add-On Modules

The Interface allows expansion of functions and modules as needed. Add modules when necessary to the software and the new entries display in the left navigation pane. Click entries in the Navigator to access modules and the functions.

“Role” Based Security

Module access and programs security is controlled by predefined User Roles. Use the Security module to define the “Role” (Programs & Functions) accessable by the employee’s job positions. Each User is assigned a Role, and only modules and programs assigned to that Role display when a user logs on the system. This eliminates the need to define access by individual user.

Document Image Scan & Store

A full document scanning and storing capability is embedded in the Financial and EHR applications. Scan Documents and attach them to accounts for reference. Use the built-in document viewer to display scanned documents and forms.

Report Generator

Develop your own reports or customize existing reports to your specifications. A Report Writer is integrated into the software.
