Download and use the Lite versions of our programs for free. The Lite versions
are the same as our commercial programs but with fewer features activated.
Why are we giving away free software? We would like you to experience
our quality software. Once you use the software, you may want to upgrade
to the professional and enterprise versions to take full advantage
of the all the extensive functions and features available. We are confident
you will find the software useful in completing your paperwork and will
be able to experience some of the advantages of electronic forms.
Download the software, and use it freely in your business. You may
distribute copies to your friends provided no modifications are made to
the program and the copyright notices are visible. The programs can be uninstalled
at anytime.
FreeForm/PT Lite
 Use FreeForm/PT-Lite to print patient/resident forms,
auto-filled with resident identification data. The forms are compatible with laser
printers and are of commercial quality. With the Professional version you can
eliminate the need to purchase blank forms for the facility.
The setup program will install a generic set of Nursing Home Admission Forms.
You will be able to enter the resident's name, room number, and other information
which is then printed on the forms selected.
FreeForm/Pro, the professional version, adds an
extensive forms library. This product is not offered for free and can be obtained
by contacting the Sales Department.
Categories of available forms include Admission, Assessments, Progress Notes,
and Discharge.
For an additional charge, any form can be customized and inserted into the
list of available forms. The forms can be completely auto-filled with resident
information contained in the computer database.
FreeForm/HR-Lite:
Similar to FreeForm/PT Lite,
only it prints forms for Human Resource with employee data. Sample forms available
include IRS Tax and US Dept of Immigration forms.

These programs are provided "as is" without support. You can
upgrade at any time to the Professional or Enterprise version to receive full

You need to install the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. Older
versions will not work properly and are not compatible with this program!
The installation programs requires the Microsoft Installer to be installed
on your machine. If your program cannot recognize the setup program then
visit the Microsoft website to download the latest Microsoft
Installer for your operating system.
