Developers/Programmers

ADL is currently seeking highly qualified Senior and Junior Programmers.

Delphi, VB Java, C# and/or C Programmer:

• 2-3 year experience developing application using Object oriented programming skills.
• Must be a detail-oriented, flexible team player who can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available for immediate on-site interviews and live or plan to live within commuting distance of Hawthorne in Westchester county.

A high level of creativity is essential. Verbal communication in English is required.

Software Support/Trainer:

We are looking for bright, enthusiastic professionals with hospital or long term care billing experience to support and train financial software products to end users. This is NOT a hardware/network support position, and we are NOT looking for someone with hardware or network support experience. We ARE looking for people who understand long-term care industry standard operating procedures and relevant issues, including HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as prior long-term care experience. A college degree is not required, but preferred. You must be articulate, confident, detail-oriented, flexible, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fun, fast paced environment. In addition, hands-on experience in skilled nursing facilities is a definite plus.

You’ll learn to provide hotline support for a nationwide network of users. Additional responsibilities may include development of seminar materials, standards, and documentation. Some travel may be required. No relocation packages are offered for this position -- you must live within commuting distance of central Westchester County, New York. This position offers a good starting salary, and a generous benefits package.
